I have a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with access to a reliable vehicle I am willing to obtain a driver’s abstract and a criminal record check if I am offered a position.*

I have up-to-date immunizations, including Hep B, MMR, Tetanus, current year Influenza and COVID vaccines.*

I am physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and support client mobility.*
