Your Role Includes:

Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

Companionship: Engaging in conversation, activities, and emotional support
-
Home Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, tidying, and home safety
-
Nutrition Assistance: Preparing simple meals, snacks, and hydration support
-
Errands & Appointments: Helping clients attend appointments or pick up groceries
-
Client Communication: Observing and reporting changes in client wellbeing
-
Family Engagement: Supporting and updating families as part of the care team

Mobile Tools: Using the AlayaCare app for scheduling and documentation
What You Bring:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role

A genuine passion for caregiving and helping others live well at home

Ability to assist with personal care tasks in a respectful and gentle manner

Capacity to cook basic meals and maintain a clean home environment

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity

Flexibility to support clients with different personalities and routines

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility

Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with access to a reliable vehicle

Clear criminal and vulnerable sector check (within 3 months)

Willingness to obtain up-to-date immunizations as needed (Hep B, MMR,
Tetanus, Influenza, COVID)

Ongoing Training & Mentorship

Tech-Savy Scheduling
